Oversized siggy.. can someone help?

I just recieved a message saying my siggy is over sized. Can anybody resize it for me? i have no idea how to. i thought it was about the same height-wize as my others, but i guess i was wrong? hopefully there is a way to do it so that you can still see it right.. Thanks in advance!

If you take some of the extra frames out of the animation or shrink it in size it should be under the file size limit
