I got a new TV, well almost new for a steal!

I found an awesome deal on Craigslist for a Sony Wega 27" FD Trinitron. The TV is 2 years old and perfect condition! $75! It's a flat screen and a monster! We had to carry it down 5 flights, that was no fun! But now its home and hooked up, I love it! Another great find on Craigslist!

Awesome! We got an older Sony Trinitron about 5 years ago from my best friends Mom. She sold it to us for $25!!!!! It's 32" and NOT a flatscreen. It weighs a ton! But it has an awesome picture. DH wants a flatscreen, but I say not until the Sony dies....he may be in for a verrrrrrrry long wait!

That's awesome. I've got a 48" but would love a smaller one for my room.

I looked up the model and the 24" goes for $300, so I found one of those lucky breaks! I just happened to look 45 minutes after it was posted! The same thing happened with Maia, and that was the best gift I could ever find!

As much as I would love a flat screen, I refuse to buy one until there comes such as time as my TV dies. It's been 15 years and counting! For $75, though, I'd give in!

I have a 27" Sony Wega flat screen. I bought it in early 2004. I really like it. Though I want one of those thin wall mount ones now. This is a nice TV but man, is it heavy!! I wouldn't be able to move it if not for the turn-style tv stand that I have.
