I hope you have a wonderful visit with your big beautiful boy. I know just how hard it is to leave them hundreds of miles away at the vets. I am hoping that Kitty gets to come back home to you on Monday, well on the way to recovery.

KITTY UPDATE

Linny text me about lunchtime where she was at the hospital, then she text me again this evening when she was waiting for the train and asked me to do the update because she wouldn't have time by the time she got home, but she'll be on tomorrow to post because she has pictures and a video for us

Kitty was very pleased to see her But said he was getting cross because he couldn't go anywhere and he's annoyed with the IV that's in his paw

The hospital gave him more steroids last night because his breathing wasn't too good, so because of this they want to keep him in incase it happens again.

Linny said he didn't seem distressed, but he got fed up of being cuddled and was looking sleepy, so they took him back to give him his lunch.

Luckily the insurance will cover everything, but she wants her baby home but said she wants him to be safe as well

Hi everyone Thanks so much for the prayers and vibes for Kitty.
It was so good to see him yesterday He was very happy to see me and purred the whole time and was rubbing all over me. He got a bit fed up near the end, the bandage on his leg with the IV was annoying him and he wanted to get down from the table. I let him down for a minute then thought maybe I wasn`t allowed to do that, so put him back up on the table and he had a doze.

They said he is very talkative and eats up all his food I took a few treats in a bag which he ate and I took his soft brush and the blue mouse Katie sent him at christmas.

The vet came round and said he would have let him home today ( Mon ) but saturday night he had a bit of an episode with his breathing and they gave him some steroids and it settled down. When I put Kitty down on the floor I could hear a bit of wheezing then.

So we agreed it would be best for Kitty to stay put until they get the results and can make a diagnosis The vet doesn`t want him to come home early and then have anouther episode when there is no help right there. He is hoping the results are in today, tomorrow or wednesday and said he marked them as urgent so we just have to wait.

I`ve broken the flippin lens on my camer so I had to borrow one. It is not the best and the pics are pants but it had video! So, I`ll post them in fur pics in a mo. I`ll put a link in here when I`ve done it

I'm so glad you were able to spend time with him, I'm sure that made him feel better as well as you. I am keeping you both in my Prayers that the results will be good and he continues to improve.
