I'm in food coma right now.
I really miss midwest BBQ. Its just not the same on the east coast

Tonight is something with chicken, but I'm not sure what yet.

Leftover chicken bulgogi and beef broccoli. The bulgogi was from Saturday
but it was still okay. Well, I didn't eat it-- that was all hubby's food.
I had chicken soup and rice because I wasn't too hungry. I love to cook though.

Chicken Quesadillas. I was hoping to make guacamole to go with them, but the avocados are not really ready, so we'll make do with just salsa and sour cream.

And I did my bread shopping today and picked up a couple of nice danish pastries for dessert.

I took the leftovers for lunch today - I needed something a little spicy because of my cold!

Tonight was burgers from work because neither of us felt like cooking.

Another night of chicken reruns, this time in a Thai sauce -- Green Curry? Red Curry? Peanut? -- we'll see -- probably depends what veggies fall out of the fridge. And some warmed up Jasmine Rice.

Frozen pizza for me. I just got home from work a little while ago so I'll be putting a chicken and stuff in the crockpot so I can start it in the morning instead of cooking it tonight and eating at 10!

Hot dogs and 4-bean salad. That's what DH wanted and since he hardly ever requests anything....I'm more than happy to comply. No matter how icky!

On the west side of... of... somewhere.
I had half an avocado while waiting for dinner to finish cooking... after what feels like constant fast food(road trip), I went grocery shopping at Whole Foods last night and picked up some frozen and fresh veggies.

I'm munching on roasted veggies with olive oil and a smattering of dried rosemary, and a little salt. The veggies are Broccoli (frozen), zucchini, mushrooms, red bell pepper, and cubed sweet potatoes (frozen). The dried rosemary is making me nuts... as my teeth hit the little bits of it... but other than that, it's a nice combo of flavors. I'll be doing this more often!

Not sure what's for dinner tonight I don't feel very well and I can't taste much so it might have to be chocolate!
Don't ask me how that logic works.

LOL I can explain it! Chocolate is a feel good food so naturally, if you're not feeling well you will when you eat chocolate
J/K of course!

Sorry you don't feel well so you feel better!

We ended up going for Nando's for tea - do you have that in the US? Then I ended up having a Hershey's chocolate pie for dessert.
I had to get my chocolate fix!
