LOL, that's ironic. I shared the recipe with Kellye (kiwideus) and she made it yesterday!

LOL! That's funny - I just had my dinner. It was yum. I asked my Mum how she got her mince so sweet and she said she added sugar. I didn't know people actually did that.

Probably do something with the ham, but I haven't really thought much about it yet, so I don't know what exactly.

Just me and the hubby so I think I will make those stacky-uppies again. DD also liked them, DS not so much. But they are both gone on Spring Break so I only have to worry about pleasing one person!

I put pork chops with BBQ sauce in the crock pot before I left this morning. We'll probably have pasta salad or something with it.

I did chinese yesterday so we are having leftovers. I made eggrolls, fried rice, General tso's chicken, & sweet & sour pork. I will fry the eggrolls before we eat, so they will be good & crispy. i am practicing for when I go to culinary school.

I had a tv dinner. I didn't eat it all though because I had a bad day.

Sorry to hear it was such a crummy day. \t
I have the opposite problem of eating everything after a bad day.

Well, after some more thinking about the week's eats, the ham got shunted over to lunches and to omelettes for Thursday dinner. For tonight it's a rotisserie chicken with fries and coleslaw. The leftovers will likely find themselves in a Thai stirfry and some quesadillas for tomorrow and Wednesday. The week feels good.

Hmm, I haven't decided yet for tonight. We have sirloin steaks, pork chops, and chicken in the fridge for dinner this week. Rob bought some General Tso sauce, but I think I'll wait until Wednesday to make General Tso chicken (Wed is one of our "early" days to be home. Today I wont get home to cook until 8:30pm or so because I have pole practice at 6:30-7:30, then pick up Rob from work!)

Steak sounds really tasty for tonight, with creamy buttery mashed potatoes and green beans
