Mom didn't feel like cooking so it was serve yourself.

I had tuna fish with cucumber chips and sour cream and cheddar chips.

I got some potabella mushrooms on sale yesterday when shopping so today I am making a pot of Cream of Mushroom Soup, which I will have with garlic bread and some sliced peaches for dessert.

Hubby works 4 ten hour days so has Friday off. I jokingly told him I would eat whatever he makes for dinner (he NEVER cooks). He called a little while ago to tell me he is picking up Thai food. Great! I don't really like Thai food but I guess I'll have to eat some of it.

Gee, if I didn't already have my mouth set for my ham, etc, I'd be headed to your place to eat your share.

I am making a big pot of Dirty Rice for dinner tonight.

For dessert we will have some homemade Apple Crisp and Coconut macaroons that I need to get off my butt and actually start making.

Well, the old fogeys are going to a "Big 3-Oh" party tonight, so it will be party food.
On my way upstairs in a bit to make dips for garlic prawns -- garlic mayo and seafood sauce -- and sautee the prawns, of course.

We had the most amazing steak tips from The Meathouse. There were two different kinds - Maple Bourbon and their own special blend. They were so good!
Plus we had my mom's homemade mac n cheese and some crusty bread. For dessert, we had some chocolate eclairs. It was a very yummy dinner.

Wow, apple enchiladas! I've never heard of them, google here I come!
I made egg salad which got dolloped onto a toasted halved whole wheat bagel and topped with bacon. And Im thinking some Maple Walnut ice cream is in store...
