Baked potato and ribs. Maybe some veggies if I warm up enough and get brave enough to dig around in the freezer. I'm too cold to even think about that right now!

Last night i made homemade garlic schnitzel with rosemary potatoes and veggies.
Tonight its a toss between gluten free hamburgers and pork fillets.
Looking up a recipe now but cant find anything interesting. Might cook it up with a white wine and risotto!

I went to a local Tapas restaurant called the Bee's Knees and sampled a few things:
Goat Cheese Bruschetta
Mixed Cheese & Fruit with fresh-baked bread
Lemon Pepper Hummus
Shrimp Pad Thai
And not to mention TWO glasses of Syrah!
It was all very delish.

We had KFC!
Not my favorite but I was hungry and the chicken, cole slaw, and biscuits with honey were filling.
I had eggs, mushrooms and onions on toast for tea tonight and a coke zero.
Last night was sausage rolls with italian sausage and puff pastry and marinara sauce for dipping
Was yummy!
I am making tilapia with roasted garlic cloves, tomatoes,basil and olive oil with roasted baby potatoes and a cucumber salad....mmmmmmmmmm!!!!

Last night I made a vegetarian meatloaf with cottage cheese, veggie crumbles, onion soup mix, etc. It was all right last night, but WAY better in a cold meatloaf sandwich for lunch today!!
Tonight, I'm not so sure what to make. Probably leftovers with a side of steamed veggies.

Tonight is pasta with flat iron steak, asparagus, garlic, green onions, olive oil.

Tonight I think we're going to grill a sirloin steak and some cheddar filled brats on our new grill
We've been using it nearly every night since we bought it over the weekend.
We'll probably have mashed potatoes and root beer for me, Coke for Rob. He'll probably bring the brats to work for lunch tomorrow.

Tonight for me it will be light chicken tenders, wedges, coleslaw and sour cream!
I made tacos for sort of a late lunch, then a peach cobbler/upside down cake type thing for dinner/desert

Time for Oh My Goodness Chicken Casserole! I think I'll make it with the broccoli rice a roni this time.
Last night I took the easy way out and we had sloppy Joes and tator tots.
Tonight I am going to make up for it and we are going to have Pork chops, mashed potatoes and roasted veggies.

I have a steak defrosting and will have mashed potatoes and a veggie with it, for dessert....don't know yet.
