So What's On the Menu Tonight?

I've got a $2 off coupon for a Subway Salad so I might grab one of those and eat 1/2 before work and the other 1/2 after work. I'll probably get Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki!

OMG, I just realized I didn't eat dinner tonight.......weird.

Oven roasted beer can chicken with bread my sister brought for Christmas from the Atlanta bread company which has mozzarella cheese and tomatos in it. Mr Jinx loves the chicken

I also used up the last of the hotwings I got on sale 3 weeks ago. I rolled them in the Hooters breading and used the Hooters mild sauce.

I love taco bell. When I worked at Papa John's, on the way home from work I used to get about 13 dollars worth of taco bell, take it home and pig out. Mr Jinx likes the taste of the steak and chicken from the gorditas

My mom made taco salad with doritos, guacamole, olives, sour cream, mushroom pieces, and steak and mild salsa. it was really good.

I had a tomato wrap from work with grilled chicken, grilled pineaple, jalapeno, avocado and salad!

Pork tenderloin with a bacon, apple and onion stuffing Its one of my absolute favorites.

Tonight is fresh tuna steak( blackfin tuna) with a black pepper crust, seared in garlic butter with a mild wasabi mayo. Seared until it is still dark red on the inside....with asparagus on the side with a dinner roll. I am gonna give a little slice before I cook it to Mr Jinx

Thanks to AbbysMom's pizza thread, apparently we're having pizza. We're going to go to Mazzio's for an early supper and get a couple of their Supers.

Pot luck - our church is celebrating 5 yrs old - and we are having a pot luck and program in a few hours - so who knows what's really for supper

I made a pot of chili yesterday so that'll be dinner tonight. I might even make some dough with my bread maker and make fresh garlic toast.

We had homemade mac and cheese.

Cheese Ravioli in tomato sauce with a few meatballs, garlic bread and a tossed salad with blue cheese dressing.

Well it's 5.50PM here and I just had breakfast - it was a chicken, cream cheese and apricot on whole grain sandwich. I've got a Wellington Cat Club meeting tonight so I might have an egg before I go also.

We had Carls Jr. for dinner. My dad decided last minute he didnt want to barbeque. I had a Western burger, it was ok but i know i shouldnt of had it!! Tomorrow morning i am having tea and a bagel with strawberry creamcheese

LOL well it's 6.30PM here now so it's OK but I just didn't have time for breakfast!

Looks like I'm alone for dinner tonight, so probably leftovers.
