Leftover Yosemite II from Friday. It warms up well. LO Jasmine Rice, probably, plus whatever veg jumps out at me.

we had steak and leftover cole slaw and mashed potatos from kfc. the steak was better than the cole slaw!
Tonight I had a Smoked chicken wrap from Subway and an organic apple juice from my work!

Tonight I am doing Chicken, Mashed Potato's and Green Beans. I have been sick with the flu since Saturday and living on soup and toast. I feel better today and am starving...
Something with italian sausage tonight, but I'm not sure what yet.
I've been having a yen for fish and chips. I think tonight's the night. Nice change from chicken and pasta and pork and rice -- which are all wonderful people, but time for a change...
I made a big roaster full of ribs yesterday so hubby is having left-over ribs with broccoli. I have a hair appointment so he will just reheat and eat! I may just have a poached egg on toast. Since I got out of the hospital I seem to be craving eggs.
Eggs are good people!

Last night I had nice flavoured beef mince on toast and for dessert raspberry jam on toast.

Mom and I had salad, Spanish Rice, and chicken drummettes. Yum!
I picked up two beautiful pieces of Sirlion steak, thick cut potato fries and coleslaw for dinner tonight!

We had baked chicken, rice, and baby carrots with ranch.
It was delicious!
He ended getting pizza for himself, and he made me a huge delicious salad
I love a man that can make me a gourmet salad.
