My parents had homemade chili. I am still full from lunch (3 supreme hardshell tacos from Taco Bell) So I may just put in some eggo cinnamon waffles for dinner in the toaster.

Welsh Rarebit and a salad. At least I think that's what I want to do. I'm in a weird space tonight, so who knows what will actually happen.

I have a craving for fish today so am doing Homestyle Fish and Chips. For dessert I am thinking chocolate something, not quite sure what yet.

We have a quick turnaround suppertime tonight, so I'm thinking I may pick up some sushi. We're due.

Welsh Rarebit!!! I don't know ANYONE else who eats this besides my family. What do YOU put it on?

Well, as I feared my weird space derailed the Rarebit last night. We'll get to it soon, because the yen is now pestering me! I serve it over sliced ham (or sometimes bacon) on whatever interesting toast is in the house. You?

We just serve it over toast. Back in the good old days when my parents were broke, sometimes over saltine crackers. I'm not sure I got the recipe from my mom before she passed.

Fiance's got class tonight, so I'm making some egg salad for me. I've been craving it all day, I swear I could live off it.

We're having homemade chili and marie calendar's cornbread.
It was supposed to be last night but it was late when I got home and my mom didn't feel like cooking it just for my dad and her.

I am thinking Taco's for tonight. Maybe with some homemade guacamole and a garden salad.
I am starting to crave veggies and fruit so am thinking maybe my I getting low on some of my vitimins.
For dessert I going to have some vanilla ice-cream and some blueberry perserves that my Aunt gave me a jar of the other day when I went to visit her. She makes the best blueberry and blackberry perserves and they go so well with ice-cream and yogurt.

Well, I have my oven back in operation, so we will definitely have that pecan pie we got done out of a couple of weeks ago. Main course? Haven't figured that out yet.
