It's left-overs tonight. Pulled pork and roasted potato's and fruit salad for dessert. The pulled pork turned out amazing yesterday. I had it with a BBQ sauce yesterday so I am thinking maybe sweet and sour today...

Last night was ham patties and spinach salad. Very satisfactory! The leftover patties are for lunch today with half an avocado and some bread.

Now, tonight? Good Question!!

We had a nice dinner out last night. Tonight, I realized that I hadn't served DH's favorite beef for dinner Sun. So I got some market cut steaks on sale which DH will BBQ (it is that warm here). I am making it with the last of the baked potatoes that I overbought for latkes at Chanukah and some homemade pink applesauce.

Pizza. Flying Wedge is soooo good that I don't feel guilty about taking a night off. It'll be here in 15 minutes.

I ended up having a Flamethrower - grilled chicken breast, avocado, jalapeno, lettuce, tomato, onion, relish, aioli all on a lightweight bun. YUM!

No idea what we're having tonight. Doug is supposed to go to the store and get something to cook so who knows what he will come home with.

What better for a -32C day then nice spicey chili. I just throw the makings for it into the crock pot. That and some garlic bread and cheese should do it.

Not sure what to have tonight. I'm craving spaghetti. But I bought steak last night to have for dinner yesterday, but ended up having roast chicken and a salad instead. I buy a roast chicken once a week for Chynna so that she can have the breasts, and I have the other parts and put the rest in the freezer to make chicken stock. I don't really want chicken again tonight, so probably steak and a baked potato with cottage cheese on it.

I'm making Chicken Angelo again. It's my daughter's favorite, and she is disappointed she didn't get in the school play.(

I'm making chili, too! I've been craving it for a few days and it's rather fitting now.

I am a big fan of the frozen pizza. I get home late and dont want to cook at midnight. Put the pizza in the oven, take a shower, jammies on,then its me and the pizza watching TV in bed.

Fiance has class tonight, so I think I'm going to make egg salad for me. I usually put it on toast with some mustard. Yummm
