I just came back from seeing this movie. Bring kleenexes. Though not a great movie, it was a good one. Bring kleenexes. I thought Jennifer Anistan and Owen Wilson were good in their roles, and, of course, the dogs who played Marley were adorable. Bring kleenexes. Oh, before I forget to mention it, if you go see the movie, bring kleenexes.

Why kleenexes and not Puffs (which are way softer, IMO)?

So...I should probably bring a whole box, huh?

I have been wanting to see it, since reading the book...I've heard alot of positive reviews!

I can't wait for the movie to come out over here, it seems to be a weepy one but good. So a box of tissues will be needed huh?

We bought the book in Spanish for my niece for Christmas. She's getting a minor in Spanish.

Go watch "Old Yellar." The dog is even the same color.

I want to read the book. I didn't even know it was a movie.

Iâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]ve wanted to see/read it so bad but this coming from a girl who cant even read the “Over the Bridge†section without bawling, and being escorted out of “King Kong†for wailing and crying too loud LOL (that embarrassed the crap out of my exâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]es kid…I warned him though! Lol).

Is it really that bad? Just the reviews make me teary eyed. Or is it worth it to know the doggy was so happy and cute in life?

I have already decided to wait till it comes out on video. I cry from the commercials, and DH hates to see me cry, so I will need to watch this one by myself in my jammies with the dogs on the couch with me. Oh I will make sure to have my tissues!! boxes of tissues!!!

Oh, it's definately worth going to see that Marley was happy and cute in life. .

You can bring Kleenexes, Puffs or even Scotts if you want to, just as long as you have something.

I've read the book so I already know how it all goes down. A great story but definitely a bit of a tearjerker.

Oh yes I cried from the book, so I don't want to see the movie in a public setting....

So who has seen or will be seeing the movie? We went to see the 1:30pm showing. Its a great movie, but be sure you bring the tissues! You will need it.

Funny, heartwarming, and sad. Makes you come home to hug your puppy and tell him/her how wonderful they are!

Not giving away anything about the movie but go see it.

Wasn't it a good movie? I don't know if I'd call it a great movie, (I was bored until Marley actually came on the screen), but one that I wouldn't mind seeing again. And yes, you do need LOTS of kleenexes, or, at least I did.

I loved this movie. It made me cry for like an hour (yes even after the movie)

I saw it today - Me and a couple of mates were in town, on a whim we decided to check out the cinema and see what was on, and it was 5 minutes off starting when we rocked up. The girl selling tickets warned us it was a weepy, we didn't take her that seriously!

Really enjoyed the first half, found it hilarious in places, second half... I was in floods. First my mate next to me (who had a lab, but was hit by a car and PTS years ago) started when they moved into the new house, which set me off, which set my other mate off. Packed cinema and apart from the film all you could hear was snuffling and sniffing! Kept trying to hold the tears back but just thought 'screw it' in the last 15 minutes and ended up crying an awful lot

Sad thing is the row in front of us was 5 12 year old girls... Who didn't seem to care and spent most of the movie chatting to each other.

Yup, I cried at the movies when I saw it...Then I had to walk out w/ puffy eyes and my boyfriend thought I was crazy. I dont' cry when there are sad movies w/ people in them. I also cried when I watched Flicka. I guess I like animals more than people...

One thing that's annoyed me about it (in retrospect, after seeing the movie) is that it's being advertised as a comedy - There's no mention at all of the sad ending. There was an awful lot of kids in the screening today, most of them under 10. I've spoken to a few people who expressed surprise that it was a weepy ending, because the adverts are all light and happiness.
