Today's question is this:

Do you have a New Year's Resolution picked out for this year?

I don't actually, although I am a big believer in the power of a New Year to help make some needed changes.
In the past I have managed to stick to my New Year's resolutions to quit smoking which was 14 years ago, and to work to pay off my outstanding debt which was 4 years ago which I also manage to pull off. So I guess I will have to give it some thought over the next five days. Although I a fairly happy with the way things are I am sure I could find room for improvement in a couple of areas.

No, I do not. I never pick any "eat better", "exercise more", etc ones because I never stick to that constantly. I guess my resolution could be "pay my mortgage on time and pay extra on it"
That's probably the only thing I'd 1. stick with; 2. not forget.

I never really set a resolution because I never follow it. But I guess this year is continue with my diet & exercise plan, and lose more weight and tone my body before the summer.

My resolution is to start taking my breakfast and lunch to work again. I quit for awhile and had to buy and it gets so darn expensive! Plus I don't eat as well! Also have a resolution to get my knees replaced and lead a better quality of life!

Many years ago, since I had rarely kept a resolution, I resolved never to make a New Year's resolution again. That one I have kept!

I have a long list of "things I always wanted to do".
Guess I should actually write it down and start ticking some things off.

I started my New Year's resolution about 3 weeks ago when I caught a touch of the flu (luckily I had the shot and was only sick for a day and a half). Since I couldn't eat much for 3-4 days, I lost a lot of water weight. So I decided to start losing the 45 pounds I need to lose. I went to the doctor this week, and I have already lost 5 1/2 pounds!!!
I probably haven't lost any this week because I have eaten more than usual. Another resolution I want to do is finish paying off all of my credit card debt!!
