But it appears Santa's reindeer (yes, even Rudolph) are female. The males lose their antlers at the beginning of winter, but the females keep theirs until early spring.

Of course it does! They are clearly "magical girl" reindeer. Something any anime fan would know!

altho Rudoph is a tradionally male name... maybe he's a Klinefelter reindeer?
