It's always so much prettier when you aren't the one scooping it out!
I will have to get some pics without the dogs in them later today.

Wow Karen, you are so talented. I love the berries picture - I would frame it!

I am so glad that I am in a warmer climate.

It looks pretty. And cold.

Here in SE VA we don't get snow. On Friday- the day you got that big system, the local weatherman was SO funny. He's doing the 6am forecast and just longingly looking at the map- and the snow system that's way too north for us.

We haven't gotten any decent snow in at least 4 years.

Oh well, I guess that's a good thing. The kids' last day of school before break is the 23rd. As long as we didn't have any snow days before the 12th of Dec, we get a 2 hour early release on Tuesday. I guess that makes up for going to school WAY too long

Brrrrr... I just had to wrap my new throw around me.

We'll probably get some sometime this season. Not that I am looking forward to it.

On the west side of... of... somewhere.
I just took some a few minutes ago... we had a wonderful snow storm yesterday and then it dipped down and the top 1/4 inch turned to solid ice... talk about crunch!

Just outside my front door, looking out to the street and the 7-11 across the street.

the tree off my patio:

The yellow toy car on my patio is not mine... a child from one of the above apartments decided to drop it and no one has bothered to come look for it... same for a Koosh ball toy that's completely covered... oh well... I don't know who it belongs to, and don't really care. It's their responsibility, not mine.

My Outside Buddha

Amanda (may take more later... depends... you really should see my car!!)

These are the only ones I have on this computer. They are from my husband's car accident on Tuesday.
I think you can see the snow falling. We haven't received as much snow as the OP yet, though. Just a couple inches. I'm sure it's just a matter of time until we do.

His is the tic tac green jeep (united states park ranger color, it was an old park ranger's jeep) and my car is the blue one next to it (NOT the cop car LOL).

He loved it .....

Making a snowman .....

One more of Snowball, he loved the snow so much, like me.

I shouldn't be able to post snow pics, but Mother Nature is being weird everywhere, and we're no exception. These were taken from our basement door, looking across our backyard, about five minutes ago (just long enough to get them up on Photobucket and then post)...

Here are the best pics I could get - I wasn't going outside, so some are through the windows/screens. I took a pic out the front door - you can see the snow blowing in the distance. It looks like less in the pics. Oh & that's dad "shoveling" the driveway!

If you look at the snow in front of the red shed - there is a path dug out by the gehl.....daddy dug the snow so the kitties didn't have to sit in the to eat - and he put their food & water there when he was done (we have farm kitties - semi-ferals & such)

I think we have only 10-12" or so....

It is chest deep on her in places....I think a ton of it literally blew away overnight.

And Izzy's only dealing with the snow. She froze her little froo froo butt off.
