Iced Tea flavored mouse; or is it mouse flavored iced tea...

DH fell asleep on the couch with about a quarter glass of iced tea left sitting on the coffee table. I was on the love seat watching TV and I saw Mooch jump up on the coffee table; and promptly deposit her brand new mousie (from our Secret Santa!) right into his glass! As I say "noooo Moooochie!!!!' a bit too late.

Of course this leaves me in a fit of laughter....especially since she just stares down into the glass at it....and then went to stick a paw down there to retrieve it! I was laughing so hard I couldn't get there fast enough to stop her. I did however get the glass before her paw got down in there.

Through all this DH slept soundly on. I tried to wake him up; but he just opened and shut his eyes a few times. Today he has no recollection of it. He actually asked me this morning what happened to his iced tea last night....

Just trying to improve the taste of Daddy's tea.

I made hot chocolate last night and left some cream out on the counter. When I came back in, Pushy was licking his paw and looking happy. Hmm.....

What? It’s just a mouse-shaped tea bag…

She must have liked the taste because after that it was the mouse of preference....although now I believe it is either under the stove or the dryer. Must make a rescue operation sometime today.
