Angus chose me. I loved him immediately and constantly. He greeted me at the door every night and followed me everywhere. He sat extra close to me when I was ill and placed his paw over my heart to make sure I was okay. After a brief illness he said goodbye to me. I have so many beautiful memories of Angus and my life is forever changed because of him.

I love you, Angus! Run free, boy!

Two weeks ago, my cat-son was diagnosed w/ FIP. On top of that it is believed he may have had cancer. So many beautiful memories were made over the past two weeks. He started climbing on my back and I would give him a pony ride to the bed where I would stretch out and say "you've reached your destination, please get off." he would sit down and fall asleep, which gave me the opportunity to nap, too. I stopped rolling over when he fell asleep on my chest b/c I wanted him to be as cozy as possible. Angus was my first cat, a 3 year old, that I only had for 11 months, but in that short time my life has changed. I've matured and learned so much about unconditional love. I honestly believe that he was meant to come into my life, that he chose me to take care of him, and that I was prepared. I've never loved anyone as purely as I did Angus.

I have no doubt Angus is watching from the bridge and will send his essence into another kitty for you, so keep your eyes open!

ENGLAND... LAND OF HOPE AND GLORY!
Bless his heart, he's so sweet as well

It's quite obvious you and Angus loved each other so much after reading what you said about him. The pony ride made me smile

Condolences on losing your sweet Angus - not even a year, oh, time can be so short but someday you two will be reunited on the other side of RB and be together again, this time eternally
May your cherished memories of him bring you comfort now, and smiles forever.

What a touching tribute. I understand what you mean. I had my darling boy Wukong for 11 months as well before he passed from FIP. A bond can definitely be forged over a time as short as 11 months... and yes, they can change your life forever.

Rest in Peace, Angus. You are missed and loved
