This morning I called Raina three times. She wasn't getting out of bed. So I opened the door, and let the kitties and the dog in her room. She still wasn't moving. I told my 17 year old go snuggle your sister, and get her up. She crawled in bed with Raina (5) and said, Honey it's time to get up. Raina says No thank-you I'm sleeping.
At least she's polite I guess two full days of Kindergarten is tiring.

The parents used to wake me up before they left for work by sending my dog in. He would jump on the bed and sit on my back. (I was a belly sleeper.)

Life is so hard for that age.

My parents use to do that to me too! If I wouldn't get up they'd send the dog in after me. There was no sleeping with her jumping all over me and pulling off the blankets. You're daughter sounds adorable, looks like she has great manners!
