So my kitten is sick of her kitten wet food. She only eats it if she absolutely hates it, and I have to understand - it only comes in 3 flavours.

Is it ok to feed her adult food? I gave her a bit of the adult cat food and she really loved it and finally ate a normal amount. I made sure I picked one that had the same kind of nutrients as her kitten food, the same crude protein percentages and stuff.

I'm not giving it to her as her regular diet, but just to help mix up the monotony...she absolutely LOVES the chunks.

Is this ok?

If it's what she'll eat, it's fine. Some of the "adult" cat food is actually "all stages". Kittens just need to eat more of it (per pound of body weight) than full grown cats.

Oh that's good to know! I was always wondering how on earth she was going to stand just eating chicken or beef or chicken and tuna mushed up food until she was 1yo considering how much she loves chewing on chunks of food!

Yay at least she'll start eating again
(I did have her checked out by the vet as well, who said she was fine she was just being fussy)
