I just made the most delicious thing ever, and i've been experimenting as usual
Simple version - scrambled eggs on toast.
With the eggs i also put a dash of milk, chick stock, chives, parsley and mountain pepper. All of this doesn't actually take away from the egg taste, but enhances it. Cook it all up nice and fluffy in the pan. Put it onto a layer of ricotta & lettuce on toast. And voila, gourmet eggs
