I recently fostered mommy Lucy and her three kits. The boys and mommy were taken by the no-kill shelter I foster for (and are already adotped!
)

But Maggie, the girl, was too little and came home with me. She's bigger now but here's the pickle. A week after her brothers and mother left, I was asked to foster a litter of three who were just about two weeks younger than her. She was so lonely, I thought she'd welcome company. Wrong!

She howled and cried and hissed and spat at them. She escaped into the house and I really thought our six cats would go wild. But Holy Cow! they all loved her - even the torti who hates everybody. Maggie has made herself right at home and is completely ignoring the porch where she once lived and that is now occupied by the other litter.

Now my hsuband is leaning toward keeping her. I'm afraid that as she gets bigger, the other cats won't think she's so cute and the troubles will start. Our house is about 1200 sq. feet and everyone is mostly comfortable (lots of cat trees and places to hide). We have in fact noticed two of our girls who used to fuss at one another, spend their time playing with Maggie instead. They are actually talking civilly to one another.

Anyone have any experience with this? I am just afraid as she gets bigger, the problems will start.

I think on the contrary... As she gets bigger she will have more camaraderie with the other cats... I think the worst is probably gone - the introduction. Just my opinion - Good luck!
