I work with Engineers, so I totally get where you're coming from. That's a great cat tree!! It may be only 3 lbs. now, but (s)he'll be enjoying that tree for years to come!

Fantastic. Very spoiled kitty you have there!
May I ask, where did he get the curved portions? Are those cable spools?

The tube and curved sections are sonotube. It's the thick cardboard tubes they used for pouring concrete footings when making a deck...

I need my props, too--I did all the "carpeting" and it was
at times...

Hey we give props where they are deserved, all you had to do was say something.

Seriously, the carpeting job is excellent, too! You guys could make some money off of these

That is soooo totally awesome! At first I thought 31 lb. kitty or 3 lb. kitty!
But either or, that cat jungle is going no where!

Oh my goodness!!!! What a wonderful job you both did! How long did it take for you to make this? I agree with Pami - you can make some $$$ making trees - got a whole bunch of customers here!!

Wow I think that's a fabulous cat tree! Look, there's room for your 3lb kitten to grow, AND there's also room for around 3 or 4 more cats!
I think your DH is giving you a hint

Very nice and professional looking. I second the notion that kitty needs friends to show it off to...
