I know this has probably been asked before, but are they? I've heard lots of different answers.
Thanks,
Jess

A real tree? The water the tree sits in is and must be kept away from a cat drinking it.

Really? how come? we have had real trees for years and everyone{the cats} and the dogs drink out of it...it's just simple tap water, nothing added at all.

Because the fertilizer from the tree seeps into the water.

I also want to say that anything that is toxic to cats and dogs depend on the amount the animal ingests and since animal are so individual, the amount that harms one isnt necessarily the amount that harms another, but for the safety of our pets, if its harmful in any amount, just keep it away from the animal.
Some things are also harmful that you dont see the negative impact healthwise on the cat, until later on.
