Went shopping today and they had whole chickens on special so I picked up a couple for the freezer and one for dinner tonight.

So it's roast chicken, stove-top stuffing, mashed potatoes and peas. It's in the oven right now and it's starting to smell pretty yummy.

I think we're overdue for some Yosemite Chicken. Jasmine Rice and a veg, probably broccoli. Maple Poached Apples for dessert. Yeah, that'll work.

I had Mcdonalads. Unhealthy I know but I never have it and I was hungry tonight.

Decided to do the Pasta thing today so I am making Large Pasta Shells stuffed with ground beef, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and cheese served with a nice spicy tomato sauce, garlic bread and for dessert, canned peaches with some vanilla yogurt....

We had a lamb roast on Sunday evening (much delayed Birthday dinner for the Boy), so tonight it's Lamb Curry. I think he was disappointed last night when we cleaned up other leftovers, instead of the lamb -- poor sweetie!

It's breakfast time here but I haven't had breakfast yet.

For dinner last night I had Honey soy marinated Sirloin steak and Beer battered wedges with lite sour cream

Green chili is made with pork roasts, green chilis, tomatos, garlic, onion, and jalapeno peppers. It's cooked in a pot all day till the pork falls apart in the juices. It gets a spicy hot bite when it's done. You can eat it out of a bowl, I put shredded cheese on top and eat it with tortilla, or you can smother burritos with it, or put it over eggs.... You can do lots of yummy things with it!

OMG sounds yum. I love jalapenos!

Dinner for me tonight was a 'C N Cheese' Burger from my work, 1/3 pound of beef with cheddar, parmesan, salad, relish and aioli

Not healthy though so I'll need to make up for it with a healthy breakfast!

I am having Turkey Burgers with Cheese and Homemade French Fries for dinner tonight. Not sure about dessert yet but it will most likely be fruit with yogurt.

Well, the gathering we were going to this evening has been cancelled due to snow. (To people in most of Canada and the northern US, that would be laughable, but here in Lotus Land, what is on the ground at the moment is sufficient for that, given that it's expected to freeze in the next few hours.) So the garlic prawns, snow peas and garlic mayo that I prepared last night for tonight's munchie table will find their way into dinner -- not sure in what form yet...
