I'll see about treatment, when I get upstairs and assess available accompaniments, but likely the House treatment with mushrooms, cream and brandy; some veg or other and either Jasmine rice or buttered noodles. For dessert, probably Gelato Spazzacamino, accompanied by some lovely chocolate. A nice quiet dinner for two. 'Twill be fine.
We always keep pork tenderloin on hand, too; it often goes on sale, BOGO, so we stock up. I rub it with olive oil, sprinkle rosemary and freshly-ground pepper on it, smear spicy mustard on the thing, then cut slits in it, and insert peeled olive cloves, and bake it. When done, I de-glaze the pan with hard cider, and make a cream gravy.
Your "house treatmwnt" ssounds even better!
