Lily and Tolly

The lens for DH's Christmas Present arrived yesterday and needed to be tested before it could be wrapped for the big day - Lily proved to be a perfect subject





It's tiring work being an adorable princess though - she found Tolly to snuggle with

She does have such an irresistable little face - she gets a bit impatient with all the attention sometimes and gets an expression like "oh ok then, you can kiss me, just give me a biscuit when you're done"

Aww thank you. Tolly can Usually because he gets really curious about the camera and ends up pushing his nose really far forward - he looks as if he's in one of those halls of weird mirrors

The two of Lily were taken with hubby's lens - he has (or will have at Christmas if he behaves himself ) a Nikon 16 - 85 mm to go with his Nikon D90. The last photo of Lily and Tolly together was taken with my 18 - 135 mm lens.

They are so gorgeous. Seeing them cuddling all the time just makes my heart melt, it's so precious.

It is lovely - it's not all peace and light though! Tolly's latest trick is to wait until she's lying stretched out on the floor, then he goes and budges his head right into her chest and bulldozes her around the floor.

She doesn't mind that too much (she just has a kind of resigned "boys and their silly ways" look); but she does object when he grabs a mouthful of chest and tries to pull her around the floor instead She usually gives him a swift clip round the ear when he starts that one

I LOVE your beautiful cats!!!! I am really falling in love with this breed!!!

Tolly sounds like all boy to me.
You know I have 3 boys and 2 girls and there is definitely a difference in the way the two play

Both of my girls will let the boys know really quick, when they have gone too far, too, just as it should be

They really do live up to everything that is said about the Singapura type. I have had cats all my life, but these, particularly Lily have such a unique character.

Oh yes, he's all boy all right - and such a funny boy at that. So it's not just Tolly then, they all play like that.

Oh, Lily's definitely the boss of Tolly except for when he's pushing her around the floor.
