sorry for the long post

I'm having problem getting cat food the commissary I shop at is the size of most ppls gas station so they don't carry much cat food they have no wet kitten food and when I asked them about kitten food they looked at me like I had lost my mind. They do have dry kitten food but I can't feed my cats just dry food. I could shop on the economy but that tends to get pretty expensive and we are trying to save money right now. Also it hard to tell what I'm getting cause everything is in german. I can order my cat food online but I was wondering is it bad for the kitties if I feed them two helpings of adult (whiskers/ 9 lives) food and leave out dry food (science diet) for them to nibble on throughout the day. Also should I even be leaving dry food out, how much wet food should they be getting a day. I don't want to over feed them, but I certainly don't want to be starving them. Right now Koda is 29 weeks and weighs 4.5 lbs, Aden is 29 weeks and weighs 6 lbs and Orion is 10 weeks and weighs 3 lbs. I couldn't find a chart that refered to good body weights so I though I would ask. I want to make sure I'm doing whats best for them.
