My left hand is printing accurate as i type, but my right hand is printing nonsense. ( this is on my other lap top) I have got numbers coming out where the letters should be? Any Ideas before I have to spend a bunch taking it in to be fixed? Thank you in advance.

It sounds as if you inadvertently switched your keyboard to "calculator mode". Does switching off the lap top and rebooting restore the default setting? If not, you could try "restore system". My notebook has a German keyboard, so this might not help, but the "calculator mode" is turned on by using the shift key and the next-to-the-last key on the upper right - you could play around with that.

TY Jcat. That is exactly what happened. I remember this happend once before, and it was an easy fix, if only i could remember how? I havent got it fixed, but at least I know the problem.

Then again when talking PC, nothing is easy.

In the top right hand corner there is a "Num Lock" or "Num LK" key, click it, it should resolve the issue.
