So lately I've noticed that every other day I'd find poop all over the house! Its not much but its getting really old! At first I thought it was stuck to their paws and they smeared it and then i was aww poor babies.

But then I woke up this morning and this time it was in my bedroom!

It doesn't happen everyday, but it happens at least 3-4 times a week!!

Its getting redicilous, and I'm tired of cleaning it up!

What can I do???

First, do they have diarrhea? If so, they're sick and they need to see the vet.

Second, how many cats and how many litter boxes do you have, and how often do you clean them?

No they dont have diarrhea. I've got two 9 1/2 months old kittens and they have one litterbox. Its big in size so they both can use it.

How often do you clean the box? It may not be as big as you would think it is..cats could be stepping in each other's messes.

With my kittens/cats some like to poop in one box and pee in a separate box.

Also, if they are playing and one surprises the other while it is in the box that could make them avoid the box. You know how they wait around the corner and then pounce and jump on each other. Maybe adding another box will help. One cat can't guard both boxes.

It will help if you can get the soiled areas cleaned with an enzyme cleaner.

There is lots of poop/pee info here. Hope things get better!
