I am a very bad person and I am admitting to stealing movies over the Internet. Its just so convenient! Anyway, I got caught a few months back with a letter from my Internet provider saying if I download one more movie I will be without the Internet.

See the thing is is that I would pay for it if anything was as easy as stealing them over the Internet.

I miss having all the new releases =(. Does anyone know of a place where you can pay like a monthly fee and download new releases? Or anything of the sort?

Thanks!

Their hot here on downloading films and music as well

Someone that worked for us does it, and people still by them from him, me included because their a fraction of the price to what you pay in the shops, and the quality is excellent.

When you are downloading from the internet are you using torrents? And do you seed out?

Most ISPs only check what is outgoing, and not what you're actually downloading. I download a ton, but I've never been "caught". I limit my upload, and then I delete it as soon as it is finished downloading. I download from sites like Demonoid and MiniNova. I think you just need to be more careful with where you're downloading from, and how much you're uploading.

If you've officially been scared off of downloading, I'd suggest NetFlix. It's cheap and it really can't get any more convenient. They also have "on demand" movies you can watch on your computer right away, and it is available for Mac now, too. (It was only available for PC for the past year or so.) And from what I've heard the "on demand" movies don't interfere with the ones you receive in the mail

Netflix's on demand movies don't include new releases. Usually it's all older stuff and some tv episodes. If I felt like it, I could check and list exactly what is available now. Since our DirectTV won't be hooked up till the 13th, we've been using Netflix on demand through Xbox Live to watch movies on the tv... we've mostly went through the interesting stuff.

And one word for those downloading: encryption.
