I may, just may be getting a sphynx kitten early summer of next year. If that's the case I was hoping maybe I could also adopt another kitten from a shelter so my sphynx kitten would have a friend.

Problem is, my trailer isn't tiny, but it isn't huge either. I think keeping two cats locked up inside there all the time seems a bit mean because there isn't a whole lot of space vs. a house...Plus, I have a dog who will also be staying inside.

But I keep going back to 'I should get my kitten a kitty friend'..Idk..I guess I just think she/he will get lonely...Will she/he have enough company with just my dog do you think?

Whether I get one or two cats though, I plan on leash training them. So they can have some fresh air and if I get some help I also want to build an outdoor enclosure type thing so the kitties can enjoy being outside and still be safe at the same time.(I live on property with my mom/step-dad & smaller sister)

I have been a one cat household for several years and i don't think Snowbell has been lonely. He plays with my dogs when he is board
I raised bottle kittens a few years ago and he played with them while they were here but once I found homes for them he was fine with that too, he doesn't seem to care if he has kitty friends or not! I'm sure they enjoy the company and Snowbell will soon have his nakie sister but i don't think it's bothered him being a loner the past few years
