Really important! Cat railroad!

OK - Someone here had sent info on cat railroad operations when I was contemplating sending Sky the cat to Nial (Kai Bengals) in North Carolina. And wouldn't you know.. I deleted that info. I desperately need it now. I want to help JT (fastnoc) with his cats. So, anyone with any information on orgs that help with the transport of rescue cats, please, please, please answer me ASAP!!
