Yes,it is Thanksgiving as well as my 52nd b-day, but I don't get my grandson till Fri, so will have T-day then. My DH is back East with his family, too

So, I decided to slob out, relax, watch TV & eat whatever I want today. I have my disabled daughter & her cat hanging out with me & my boys (joey & JC). It's 2pm PST, and I'm in loungewear pjs. IN the course of the day so far, I've eaten a big bowl of frozen blueberries, 4 ice cream sandwiches, watched TV
......my g-friends want me to go out to a bar & celebrate, but I'd rather stoke up the wordburner, watch more TV,hang out in TCS
& cuddle cats ALL DAY LONG
.
Does that sound pathetic to you

Nope it sounds like a nice relaxing day to me! Who cares if it was dorky anyway. I mean, it's your birthday so you should do what you feel like doing! Happy Birthday!

I am in my winter nitegown and we just had dip.
We were invited to my Dads and Stepmoms but decided not to go.
We got our Turkey dinner from the Honey baked ham store and it took us 1 hour and 45 minutes to get home.
It sould take 45 minutes but traffic was terrible yesterday.
Do you have any Egg Nog to drink?
How can yopu eat that much ice cream?
One is enough for me.

Happy Bday!!!!

Not sure how it would qualify as "dorky", but it doesn't matter -- it's your birthday, and if this is what you feel like doing today, and it's giving you a warm feeling, that's all that matters. Fill yer boots and have a great time.

That sounds like an amazing birthday! Mine is next Saturday and I've already got more planned (non-birthday stuff) than I want to deal with.
Hope you had a great day!

Thank you all for your replies!!! For dinner, my daughter & I had Spam & rice & steamed cauliflower
Joey shared the Spam & the cats LOVED a day of playing & all the cuddles they could wish for. It is one of my most memorable b-days ever

PRE-HAPPY-BIRTHDAY, Kluchetta
