What you think of these boots?

I got them on tues and love them.
Burlington Coat Factory had them.
They are very comfotable.

I like them. I don't like things that are really embellished and prefer rather plain styles for shoes, boots and purses.

How are the soles? I personally like winter boots that have deep treads in the soles so that they grip better on the snow and ice.

I like them and with over 1/2 a foot of snow on the ground here they would be put to good use. I have a pair of Kodiak winter boots, they are handy because they are rubber on the bottom so no leakage in the wet slush. I also have a nice pair of mucklucks http://shop.mukluks.com/images/arr220.gif for when it's not slushy.
Around here those would be kind of a dress boot.

Loving those boots! They are flat which is great (I can't wear heels due to an arthritic/dysplastic hip), and they are still pretty, and the furryness makes them look so cosy too.
