My cats have decided to climb those lol At first I was going to train them not to but then I thought, well why not?

Anyone have any idea on how I can make it easier for them to climb and look good?

I'll move it to care and grooming, but my 3 would love those to sharpen their claws on!

Is there a bench they can jump on, or do those posts go all the way to the floor?. Either way they'll love them

Do you want the cat to look good, or the poles to remain looking good?

If you want the posts to remain intact, you might need to wrap them with some good climbing material: carpet, sisal, or just a heavy cloth like burlap. Then if you really want to keep the cats entertained, put a shelf between 2 of them near the top so they have someplace to perch once they are up there.
