That is so sad. I'm afraid of animal control taking the ones where I live. I'm trying to catch them and TNR as quickly as possible because they were having kittens.

It is so sad...
I thought L.A. had good understanding about feral cats. I remember hearing about L.A. police department keeping their ferals for combatting rats, though...
Why can't they do something like that for this situation???
