Pet Sitter's

I am starting to get very mad at pet sitter's. Since me and my boyfriend go out during the weekend's and are gone till late at night sometimes we won't be home to give barley our diabetic cat his needle plus look after our other two cat's. Well we have been searching for a good pet sitter i thought i had found a good one well she was suppose to come tonight just to see how everything was done i had asked that she be here around 7:30-8:00 pm well she never ended up showing plus on top of that she never called or emailed to say she was unable to make it. I couldn't take him to a boarding kennel as it is only 2 night's during the weekend we go out and he's more comfortable being in our own home. Has anyone had this problem before with pet sitter's and what do you end up doing i was thinking of asking a friend of mine if she'd be able to come and look after the three of them.

Thats what my coworker went through. She learned I liked cats and asked if I would help her with her diabetic cat. Makes someone more accountable when you can't avoid seeing them on a regular basis. If I ever skipped out on my responsibilty to her she would be able to confront me Monday morning.
