It's a bird, it's a plane, it's a... blimp?!

These guys have just started doing airship tours in my area, and take off and land from the joint civil-military airfield near my house. So in the last week, we look up and see this huge airship going overhead!

Starting at $500/hour, this is the closest I'll be getting to it.

Love to watch them. They fly so low! Only occasionally see them here, I guess en route to a sporting event.

That would be so cool! Alright, next time I'm in San Francisco, I'll shout you a trip!

so wrong, yet so funny

I think they are cool looking, but you won't catch me in one!!!

We live near a race track so we always get to see the Goodyear Blimp flying over town.

The Goodyear blimp goes over our house occassionally too, usually en route to a Steelers or Redskins game. I remember the first time I saw it when I was little I thought it was a space ship and it scared the crap out of me!
