They're supposed to give you energy, help your skin, help you sleep, they're supposed to be the highest in antioxidants, better than green tea and blueberries, pomegranates or cranberries, "reduces free radicals linked to premature aging, heart disease, Alzheimer's, certain cancers, anti-inflammatory benefits, and support recovery after exercise."
That's what I read, anyway.
Rachel Ray and Oprah had talked highly of them on their shows, too.
