Positive things about Cats

There are so many positive & wonderful things about cats.
I just wanted to start a thread on all the positive things about cats

I'll start with this one:

Cats will comfort you when you are down and stay close by when you are not feeling well.

There's been a few of these threads before. But the biggest one for me - They don't bark! Nothing is better then a pet that has enough sense not to waste it's breath all day and night long making noise at nothing. (I can't stand my neighbors dogs \t

Just because they don't bark doesn't mean they don't waste their breath... Wickett will spend hours talking to himself.

I look to my cats when I need inspiration for me time. What better way to spend a day than playing, eating an napping!

You very rarely ever walk down the street and step in cat poop. Cat's are nice enough and bury theirs. *smile*
Other things humm.... A cat on your lap makes anyone's day better.

I have one of those too! She tries to perfect her octaves every day! I love it when she talks! It sure beats a barking dog.

They seem like they enjoy every minute of their day.

They have a purpose. Whether thats keeping watch over the neighborhood via their window perch or making sure you never have to go to bed alone.

They love life!

I want to add to that by saying when it is below 0 outside, I don't have to take them out to go potty or take a walk.

Cats keep us calm when we pet them, relieving us of our stress. They make us laugh with the funny things they do!

They love you unconditionally, no matter what kind of day you are having, they will purr and snuggle (after you've fed them, of course)!
