I would bet that's somewhere tropical, and those places almost always have frequent night time showers.

Well, I do have to confess that when we're on a cruise, we leave the curtains open (when we have an outside cabin) so we can see the sea, etc.

On our next cruise (in January), we have an inside cabin booked which has a window looking out over a central atrium/street. Don't think those curtains are going to be open this time!

It looks like it is a pool or a spa that was drained and decorated as a bedroom for a photo op.
