Well... I have been away for a couple of days but I'm back now. Hubby came back home on Sunay and yesterday we had a little birthday party for him and his twin brother. It was a nice little BBQ with our close friends and tons of food - very nice!

Guess what? I've joined vlinder and SpikeAdelika! Had the test on Sunday afternoon and it turned out positive. That was a great news to tell him when he got off the plane. I haven't told anyone except my mom and his mom (we're very close). I just hope all goes well this time. Having lost the previous pregnancy 3 months ago I'm quite worried this time. I keep praying for it to go through alright! I can't even get myself to add a smilie about this... But I am very happy. Apprehensive and happy.

Anne, I am so happy to get the news!! I am sure this time with all of us thinking of you, the baby will grow very strong and healthy.
I am taking a quick break from work. I decided to try and hop on the site while its quiet. Its almost time to go home thank goodness. Tonight I will have plenty of time to play on the computer and relax!!
Got off to a bumpy start this morning. I had to get my daughter to the dr because her asthma had been really bad this weekend. So I figured while I was there I would get my BC shot since I was due anyway. While sitting there, I thought my daughter had a kitten scratch, but for some reason I looked a little closer and it was a tick!! Dang it.... so back to her Dr to pull it out and send it to a lab. I finally made it to work at 11. So it seems when I get home we will be treating the yard again and cutting the grass even lower. Hope everyone is off to a good start after the holiday weekend!!

nothing much going on here. I will be flying home tomorrow to Indiana & will be there until sunday so I won't be on much.

Wonderful news, Anne!

Well, it was a busy holiday weekend for me. A friend had a Survivor party. We teamed up and she had all kinds of "endurance" activities going. It was a blast!

The house is coming along. I got the fountain in the atrium up and running. And a warning to all: I splurged on a little digital camera tonight, so expect to see some of my handiwork on the forums soon. I have already taken some pictures of the cats (of course) and the house too. I just have to figure out the software to transfer to the computer. That will be tomorrow night's project.
