Anyone experienced with a polyp? My vet tossed that term out after questioning me on the phone about my concern about my kitten's breathing sounds. My kitten has a very foul odor, from his breath I believe. Makes heavy sounds through his nose periodically which I never seen any cat I had do. He also cant seem to beat this waxy build up in his ears after 4 months of revolution and ointment.

I was hoping she would laugh at me and just say he was a heavy breather with strong eat mites since he seems so healthy otherwise, now she has me freaked out. Can one polyp affect all those areas? I cant figure out if she is thinking nose or ear, ear polyps sound like the worst. Can they be caused by something contagious from a fully vaccinated cat mate? One heck of a coincidence that last month of my 13 year old's life this fall was her tilting her head, odd nose sounds and vomiting white stuff before she died. I am still dealing with her death which remains a bit of a mystery even with huge vet bills so maybe its paranoia but I cant go through this all again, financially or emotionally. The 4th cant come soon enough.
