Your Andy and my Forrest seem to be very much alike. I've had plenty of male cats throughout my life and I've NEVER had one that ummm...."loved" his Meowmy so much. Almost every morning now I am awakened to him humping away at my leg underneath the blanket. He just grabs onto the blanket with his teeth and does his thing all the while making these strange cat noises. Not only do I hate waking up this way but my Husband really gets annoyed by this. I have had several male cats throughout my life - all neutered in kittenhood. My current male, Andy, was neutered at 6 months as well. He is the only one I've had who gets aroused like this and I was starting to think maybe the neutering wasn't "complete". It sounds like others have similar issues so I guess he's "normal". Andy gets very amorous with my kids' stuffed animals - it really borders on the obsceneHe almost goes into a trance and will sometimes make an awful meowing noise and get mad if you try to make him quit. Then he proceeds to lick himself in an obviously aroused way. I can honestly say that I had never seen a cat penis before we got Andy - have to say its kind of one of those things I'd rather NOT see. I keep thinking OMG my cat is a perv!!! He will even occasionally try to do his back leg kneading thing to my female cat (she hisses at him and makes him go away) or my dogs (they don't know what to think and usually get up and leave). I keep hoping he will grow out of it. He is almost 4, though, so I'm doubtful.
