We've been ready for the goblins since 5 o'clock. It's just gone 7, and there has not been one single ring of the doorbell. Poor Jack is lonely.

I gotta remember everything we bought. Our local grocery store had a big “Moonlight Madness†sale last night where all bags of candy were $1.47 with no limit, and we went a little crazy. We’re going to be one of the “good houses†this year! I hope we get lots of kids – we have a TON of candy! We may have to freeze some (so if my Secret Santa gets Halloween Candy, you know why!) We have:
Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Hershey’s Chocolate Bars
I think that’s all. We have a HUGE bowl ready to go, and I think like 4-5 bags of extras to refill if necessary.
You should live in my neighborhood. No time in the past 13 years we have lived here has anyone showed up to trick or treat. I stopped even leaving out candies. I just eat them.
I didn't start getting goblins until 6:45, Mike and then it was a flood!
