Access denied on pictures?

I was on a thread on crossing the bridge and i clicked on a picture attachment and got an error saying i was not allowd to view the pictures. Any ideas why I'm not allowd to, or is there any was to change it?

i've been having that same problem off & on for the last 6-8 months...
