I love snow...we didn't get any in our area last year. It got chilly today and was snowing a little in some parts of the mountains. If I could convince DH to move to Maine, I'd probably do it in a heartbeat.

We got our first snowfall this past Saturday
It didn't stay on the ground or anything, but it was so pretty, I love snow!

Aww boo.....

We had some during the night and none of it stuck. I won't be super excited until I can SEE the snowflakes falling!!!

a few little flurrying snowflakes this afternoon - but we will get "hosed" sooner or later - after all - it's Michigan!

We got our first snow fall over 2 weeks ago. It's been nice around here lately and all the snow is gone for now. But I have no doubt it will be back with a vengeance soon enough.

Thankfully no snow yet. I hope it snows for christmas but then goes away and never comes back.

Or at least not be -50 again.

We had some flurries last week and a few more this weekend, but nothing that suck yet...even though its been chilly enough.

I can't complain, though. I can't wait for some good skiing weather...besides Cotton's SO happy that the furnace is back on, afterall, sleeping in front of a furnace grate just isn't as much fun if it doesn't come on.

Well we got a snow shower on Sunday - didn't last. But was windy as heck. Just read that NY, Vermont, parts of PA had some accumulations.

It's snowing here right now. I live in the snow belt and we're getting lake effect snow tonight. :-( It's supposed to be 60 degrees on Halloween though. Go figure!

It's snowing here right now, actually, and while it didn't stick all afternoon, now that the temperature is dropping, it's starting to get white outside. I think we're supposed to get 2 -4 inches tonight. And hey, it's not even Halloween! I'm so dreading the rest of the Winter!

We had flurries last Wednesday for most of the day and also a few flakes coming down today. The ground is still to wet to hold it but if we get a couple of good frosts that will change pretty quickly.

The weatherman said we had a trace of snow on the 17th?? Funny I don't remember that!
We had small flurries a couple times yesterday though-no accumulation here but some in the northern parts of Wisconsin and the UP of Michigan.

Can't snow until we haul in our firewood needs for the winter yet!!

Can you send some of that cold weather over here?

We are still in the high 80's here during the day...

LOL yeah and you're sending it down our way. Thanks a lot!

Today, on my one break at work, the rain changed to sleet, to snow, to rain, to sleet, to snow....you get the idea. It couldn't make up it's mind what it wanted to do.

So far no real snow accumulation, although they are calling for up to 7" in the mountains (where I work...not where I live), so tomorrow could get interesting. It's amazing what a difference a 30 minute drive can make when you are going from a valley to the top of a mountain. It's a completely different world up there. At home, we're just getting rain but at work they will have 6" of snow, sleet, ice, you name it.

I really hate winter.
