Capone is my little prince. I love him so much. He is not like my other boys who spend their days prancing around my legs with a “Mom!MOM! Look at me!! Me!!Me!! OMG over here MOM!!!†look on their little faces Lol. He mostly relaxes and lets me come to him. Since he rarely comes to me for affection but loves it when I come to him I always make sure he gets some loving.

One of my rituals with him is before I leave him I always give him a big kiss on his little cheek. I do it about three or four times and then I leave. I noticed now that when Capone wants his midnight lovins he will get his love and before he goes to leave he will push his lips/nose area to my face and then leave. It not his normal head butts, this is totally different and new. He will just push his lips/nose to my face and hold it there for about 3 seconds, like I do to him.

Do cats learn human behavior? He knows when I do that it means I love him, does he do that to me because I do it to him? Or is this just a cat thing. I have had so many cats in my life and never had that before.

Hes so cute

They most definately learn from us.

My first cat Syndey was like that. I had him since he was a few weeks old and he was my baby. We would give kisses like you do with Capone. He eventually would look for me to do that, he would tilt his head and put it up to mine for kisses.

The funniest thing though is what I started with Fiona. I will go up to her mouth making kissy noises. She now will put her mouth to mine and make the same kissy noises!
It is the cutest thing! It's "our thing" now.

Wow! Both Capone and Sydney sound absolutely LOVELY! Its soo cute, just from the way you guys describe them. Capone giving kisses and Sydney making kissy noises... I think I'd just melt and die if any cat did that to me. Though I can't quite imagine a cat making kissy noises... Does Sydney's sound like a human's kissy noises or is it some kitty version?

Actually Sydney was my first kitty, he never made the noises but would turn his head for kisses. Fiona is the one who makes noises and yes they do sound just like the human ones. She really gets her mouth moving and makes the smacking noise....its so cute!

Oh sorry, somehow missed Fiona's name out. Fiona making kissy noises must be quite an amazing sight/sound
