My kitty has random sores on his neck.

They are all red and cut up. He keeps on scratching them.
I've checked him for flees and have nothing.
Please give me an idea on what the sores are and what to do.

It could be fleas you haven't seen, it could be allergies, it could be ringworm, it could be any number of things. The best thing for you to do is take your cat to a vet for a proper diagnosis.

Yep, kitty needs to see a vet, and the sooner the better. I can't think of much that causes random open, oozing sores that goes away without knowledgeable intervention.

Good luck and please let us know how kitty is doing.
