A pain in the neck!

Literally!

I musta slept wrong last night because I woke up this morning and the right side of my neck is hurting so bad!

I can turn to the left all the way but I can't look to the right

I've taken ibuprofin and used a heating pad but it's not working

Any suggestions?

I took a hot shower and it didn't work

I've tried cracking my neck (it's a habit anyways) and it hurts too bad to move it

If I had insurance or the extra cash I'd go to the Chiropractor

Have you tried alternating between hot and cold..

An ice pack for several minutes then the heating pad, that works for me when I have a stiff neck..
