I cooked some big bison knuckle bones for my dog earlier so I made french onion soup with the broth. With a nice big slice of sourdough bread and some mozzarella cheese melted on top it was the perfect meal on such a gross sleet filled day! The cats got some peices of bison I cut off the bones. They went nuts for it, spoiled kitties!!

A few little slices of a Totino's supreme frozen pizza and a cesar salad
I didn't get too creative tonight! By the time I got home from the grocery store and unloaded all my groceries, it was after 8:30, so I just threw together a quick dinner

Lots of
stuff tonight, I see.

I did my bread shopping today at Cobs, and after selecting the basics that we always want on hand, I chose a Cheese and Garlic Twisted Delight to go with "whatever" for supper -- which turned out to be Bavarian Smokies, a Romaine/Tomato/Onion salad and dill pickles. The end of last night's Pecan Pie for dessert with ice cream.

We are having some of Travis' WONDERFUL home made-from-scratch chili since its kind of chilly out today. And I baked cookies last night so that's our dessert

I've made that too Helen. It comes out really good.
Of course I use red wine instead of water.

baked halibut crusted with home-made pesto and panko bread crumbs, fried brown rice and green beans. Lots of dessert choices b/c we went to a favorite bakery yesterday to get bread. They make peanut butter brownies to DIE for!!!

I have some ham to finish up. I may make it into patties or I may just slice and warm it. Either way, there's a leftover baked potato for panfries, and a veg -- probably green peas. It all needs to be fairly no-fuss tonight.

I had Indian food tonight. Chicken Tikka Masala (chicken in creamed coconut butter sauce) with basmati rice with spices and vegetables, yogurt with cucumber and mint and flat bread.
